Finding new leads and customers and alternate sales channels can be a challenge for any size business. For small businesses with time, cash or resource constraints, the challenge is even more significant. And when your business does find potential customers, what is the best way to communicate with them to ensure you secure the sale?

Identifying & Communicating To Sales Channels is a half-day interactive workshop aimed at assisting attendees in overcoming some of their biggest business challenges.

During this workshop we will hear from industry expert, Gerard Hermens, Director of the Institute of Strategic Management. Drawing on his extensive experience in small business training, Gerard will:

  • Help attendees find customers and identify new sales channels
  • Discuss marketing strategies such as:
- Defining your target audience
- Defining and articulating your value proposition
- Mapping the customer journey
- Effective use of technology
- Identifying effective paths to customers

We will also hear from TV personality, Tim Gilbert, who will share his expertise in communicating, negotiating and pitching to win. Participants will also get the chance to practice their pitch in a one-on-one setting so that they not only learn new skills but also make new connections.

This event will also provide you with the opportunity to submit seating preferences so that you can strategically connect with other business leaders in attendance. There is however, only a limited number of places available. Click on the book now button below to avoid missing out.
