The following Terms and Conditions apply to all events conducted by WSBC (The Connection).- The Connection’s event registration fees and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellations made after the RSVP date cannot be refunded.
- Payment is required in full with registration, and participation in an event is not confirmed until full payment is received.
- If you cannot attend, a substitute may be nominated to attend in your place and an additional fee may apply depending on their membership status.
Please notify WSBC if you cannot attend and would like to send a substitute.
- If you have not received a confirmation email 48 hours prior to the event please contact our office.
Refunds
Each ‘event’* has a close date for registrations which is detailed on our registration form. Refunds after this date and within 48 hours of the scheduled event will be considered on written application. Approved refunds will incur a 20% administration charge. Cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of an event however, no refunds will be made, as we are committed to the venue for the cost of attendance.
(*) Means an event organised for, or on behalf of, WSBC, WSMN, ConnectionX, WSMN, ABC or any joint event with third parties.
