
Influential Branding Experts share insightful and informative discussion on Personal and Business Branding
Three of Sydney’s influential and successful business leaders; Tom Harley, Michelle Ahern and Scott Christensen, shared their combined knowledge and experience at Generation Connection’s first event of 2012, “How to Brand your Business and Self” at Parramatta Leagues Club on 14th February.
Facilitated by entrepreneur, Amanda Rose, the panel provided a forum for companies, employees and budding entrepreneurs to discuss and learn how to brand their business and self successfully.
Tom Harley, General Manager of AFL NSW/ACT discussed the issues of 'Personal Branding' and it's link between leadership and teamwork. Greater Western Sydney Giants Brand Marketing General Manager, Michelle Ahern, discussed 'Professional Branding' while University of Western Sydney Marketing & Communication Director, Scott Christensen, shared his knowledge on ‘Employer Brand Development’, informing business on proven strategies to become ‘Employer of Choice’.
The event coincided with the launch of Generation Connection’s own rebranding. The new and exciting brand was revealed at this event. Ms Michelle O’Shea, Chair of Generation Connection, said, “2012 is an exciting year for Generation Connect, with dynamic speaker events, networking opportunities and the launch of new membership benefit. We look forward to providing Western Sydney businesses and their employees with a professional context in which to develop, inspire and succeed.”
